Cílem této práce je provést ocenění výrobní společnosti podnikající v leteckém průmyslu pomocí výnosové metody volných peněžních toků k 31.12.2015. Společnost bude podrobena strategické a finanční analýze, na základě které bude ověřena podmínka perspektivnosti a finančního zdraví podniku umožňující aplikaci výnosových metod ocenění. The objective of the thesis is to valuate a company from aerospace industry using the Discounted cash flow method as of 31st of December 2015. The company will be a subject to a strategic and financial analyses.
