Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem pomoci obětí trestných činů v České republice a je primárně v rámci systému zaměřena na laickou a odbornou nepeněžitou pomoc. V práci jsou stručně vymezeny základní pojmy jako je oběť, poškozený a rozdíl mezi nimi, na které navazuje analýza metodologií a mýtů samotných obětí. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the system of assistance to victims of crimes in the Czech Republic. It is mainly focused on the general and professional non-cash assistance for victims of crime. There are briefly defined basic concepts such as victim, aggrieved person and differences between them. It follows the analysis methodologies and myths of the victims themselves.
