Tato práce se zabývá problematikou pohledávek z účetního, finančního a právního hlediska,se zaměřením na okolnosti vzniku a zániku pohledávek. Z hlediska finančního jsou popisovány činnosti spojené s procesem řízení pohledávek s ohledem na vnitropodnikové směrnice a jejich nastavení.
