Cieľom bakalárskej práce je spracovať problematiku procesného dokazovania. Ďalej opísať jeho priebeh, jednotlivé štádiá a jednotlivo charakterizovať dôkazné prostriedky podľa platnej právnej úpravy v zmysle Občianskeho súdneho poriadku.
