English Road Construction Terminology in Czech Technical Literature
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá jazykovými výpůjčkami v české technické literatuře z oblasti silničního stavitelství. Tyto výpůjčky jsou zkoumány podle stupně jejich adaptace do českého jazykového systému ze synchronního a diachronního hlediska. Výsledky diachronní analýzy dokládají případné změny těchto jazykových výpůjček v průběhu čtyřiceti let a jsou podkladem pro určení příčin těchto změn.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with anglicisms in Czech road construction literature. These anglicisms are examined according to the level of their adaptation into the Czech language system from the synchronic and diachronic point of view. Results of the diachronic analysis give the evidence of possible changes of these anglicisms over the course of forty years and are the basis for determination of causes …more
