Diplomová práce se zabývá podporou začínajících učitelů v mateřské škole. Teoretická část vymezuje začínajícího a uvádějícího učitele a proces uvádění. Věnuje se také profesním kompetencím a profesnímu rozvoji učitelů. The diploma thesis deals with the support to beginning teachers in kindergarten. The theoretical part defines the beginning and introducing teacher and the process of introduction.
