Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat udržitelné formy pěstování ovoce. První část je věnována historii ovoce v ČR a významným ovocným druhům. Poté se zaměřuje na jednotlivé formy hospodaření. Popisuje jejich strukturu, hlavní zásady a vývoj. Vlastní práce byla zaměřená na vybraný podnik, jehož činnost je v souladu s integrovanou produkcí ovoce. This thesis aims to describe sustainable forms of fruit. The first part is devoted to the history of the fruit in the CR and important fruit species. Then focuses on various forms of farming.
