Cieľom práce Kultúrna Orava. Inštitúcie a hudobný život, je zmapovanie kultúry a kultúrnych inštitúcií a hudobného života daného regiónu. Práca a jej metodologické východiská je zložená z analytickej časti mapovania súčasnej kultúrnej situácie.
