Abstract:

Teoretická část diplomové práce byla věnována teoretickému vysvětlení a definování problematiky angažovanosti a motivace zaměstnanců, druhů angažovanosti a motivace, faktorů, které angažovanost a motivaci ovlivňují, překážkám, které jim brání a přínosům, které přináší. V metodologické části práce byla představena konkrétní společnost, ve které bylo provedeno měření angažovanosti a motivace zaměstnanců. Zároveň byl představen způsob tohoto měření a způsob, jak byly vyhodnoceny získané výsledky. V aplikační části práce bylo provedeno měření angažovanosti a motivace zaměstnanců a vyhodnocení získaných výsledků. Dále byl představen návrh opatření za účelem zvýšení zjištěné míry angažovanosti a motivace. V závěru diplomové práce byly shrnuty získané poznatky.

Abstract:

Theoretical part of the diploma thesis was dedicated to a theoretical explanation and definition of engagement and motivation of employees, kinds of engagement and motivation of employees, factors, which influence it, obstacles, which obstruct it and benefits, which engagement and motivation of employees brings. In methodological part of the diploma thesis was introduced concrete company, in which was applied measurement of engagement and motivation of employees. Chosen kind of such research and way of analyzing of the gained results were also introduced in this part of diploma thesis. In application part of the diploma thesis was applied measurement of engagement and motivation of employees and the gained results were analyzed. In this part of diploma thesis was also presented suggestion of measures in order to improve the ascertained level of engagement and motivation of employees. In conclusion of the diploma thesis was summarized the gained knowledge.
