Diplomová práce se zabývá výživovými zvyklostmi seniorů. Teoretická část se věnuje stárnutí zažívacího traktu, důležitým složkám výživy a faktorům, které ovlivňují stravování ve vyšším věku. Samostatná kapitola se věnuje metodám výzkumu výživových zvyklostí. V empirické části zjišťuji závislosti mezi věkem a pohlavím seniorů a konzumací doporučeného množství jednotlivých potravin dle výživové pyramidy …more

This dissertation deals with nutrition habits of seniors. Theoretical part pursues aging of alimentary canal, important components of nutrition and also the factors, that influence boarding in higher age. The separate chapter attends to methods of research the nutrition habits.
