Diplomová práca prezentuje finančný trh v Slovenskej republike. Cieľom je zhodnotiť a vysvetliť podstatu ako aj fungovanie finančného trhu v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky. Teoretická časť práce sa zaoberá definovaním finančného trhu a oboznámením sa s jeho subjektmi, nástrojmi, funkciami a jednotlivými segmentmi finančného trhu.
