Tato práce se zaměřuje na charakterizaci kostní tkáně a jejích změn v důsledku progrese osteoartritického onemocnění. Z biotechnologického pohledu lze kost popsat jako biologický nanokompozit, jehož strukturní a funkční vlastnosti závisí na kvalitě jednotlivých komponent. This thesis deals with characterization of bone tissue and its changes due to the progression of osteoarthritic disease. From the biotechnological point of view the bone can be described as a biological composite whose structural and functional properties depend on the quality of individual components.
