Abstract:

Diplomová práce Biomechanické aspekty manipulace s bezvládným lidským tělem z hlediska hmotnosti a trénovanosti je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsán vyšetřovací pokus jako jedna z kriminalistických metod spolu s jeho ukotvením v zákoně. Dále jsou v teoretické části vysvětleny základní pojmy, které jsou důležité k lepšímu zorientování v problematice vyšetřovacího experimentu. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyšetřovací experiment, který má za cíl stanovit míru závislosti hmotnosti a trénovanosti pokusné osoby na manipulaci s bezvládným lidským tělem o různé hmotnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis Biomechanical aspects of handling a limp human body in terms of weight and training is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part, the investigation attempt is described as one of the criminological methods, together with its anchoring in the law. Furthermore, the theoretical part explains the basic terms that are important for better orientation in the issue of the investigative experiment. The practical part is focused on an investigative experiment, which aims to determine the degree of dependence of the subject's weight and training on handling a limp human body of different weights.
