Cílem diplomové práce je na základě provedené analýzy dat konkrétní osoby samostatně výdělečně činné navrhnout možnosti daňové optimalizace včetně jejího přechodu na právnickou osobu, a vyhodnotit vhodnost takového přechodu z daňového a účetního hlediska. The aim of the thesis is to propose tax optimization options, including the transfer to a legal entity, based on the analysis of data of a specific self-employed person, and to evaluate the suitability of such a transfer from the tax and accounting point of view.
