Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis tries to explore suitability of plasmachemically prepared iron oxide nanoparticles with superparamagnetic properties designed to be used as a contrast agent in magnetic resonance imaging. Usual methods take place in a solution. A precursor - pentacarbonyl of iron is blown into burning plasma resulting in the creation of powder made of iron oxide nanoparticles. Táto bakalárska práca má za úlohu preskúmať vhodnosť plazmovo pripravených nanočastíc oxidu železa pre využitie ako kontrastnej látky v procese zobrazenia magnetickou rezonanciou. Obvyklé postupy prípravy sú založené na využití chemickej reakcie v roztoku. Je použitý prekurzor - pentakarbonyl železa, ktorý je privádzaný do horiacej plazmy.
