This bachelor's thesis tries to explore suitability of plasmachemically prepared iron oxide nanoparticles with superparamagnetic properties designed to be used as a contrast agent in magnetic resonance imaging. Táto bakalárska práca má za úlohu preskúmať vhodnosť plazmovo pripravených nanočastíc oxidu železa pre využitie ako kontrastnej látky v procese zobrazenia magnetickou rezonanciou. Obvyklé postupy prípravy sú založené na využití chemickej reakcie v roztoku. Je použitý prekurzor - pentakarbonyl železa, ktorý je privádzaný do horiacej plazmy.
