Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika vlivu kultury organizace na etiku práce s klientem v pobytových zařízeních pro seniory. Teoretická část popisuje specifika práce s klientem při poskytování sociální služby v zařízení se zvláštním režimem včetně charakteristiky pobytových zařízení, cílové skupiny domova se zvláštním režimem a role multidisciplinárního týmu při poskytování péče. Soustředí se na etiku práce s klientem v domově se zvláštním režimem, zdůrazňuje význam etických kodexů, Standardů kvality sociální práce a individuálního přístupu ke klientovi. Zabývá se vlivem kultury organizace na etiku práce s klientem, vymezuje prvky organizační kultury, specifikuje kulturu organizace v domově se zvláštním režimem a dotýká se úskalí v práci pomáhajících profesí. Rovněž mapuje minulé výzkumy na podobná témata.Praktická část vymezuje hlavní cíl výzkumného šetření, kterým je zjistit, jaké změny v organizační kultuře by dle pracovníků pomáhajících profesí mohly pomoci ke zlepšení etiky práce s klienty v zařízení a zda existuje shoda v názorech na tuto problematiku mezi nadřízenými a podřízenými pracovníky. Zdůvodňuje a přibližuje zvolenou kvalitativní výzkumnou strategií a techniku polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Popisuje záměrný výběr informantů, uvádí jejich charakteristiku a zvažuje etické aspekty a rizika výzkumu. Seznamuje s organizací a průběhem výzkumu, včetně předvýzkumu. Následně se soustředí na analýzu a interpretaci výsledků výzkumného šetření, včetně uvedení informanty navrhovaných změn v organizační kultuře a komparace názorů pracovníků v rozdílných postaveních v rámci hierarchie zařízení.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the problem of the influence of organizational culture on the ethics of working with client in residential facilities for the elderly. The theory section describes the specifics of the working with client in provision of social service in homes with a special regime including characteristics of residential facilities, the target groups of homes with a special regime and the role of multidisciplinary team in provision of care. It focuses on the ethics of working with client in a home with a special regime, emphasizes the importance of ethical codes, standards of quality of social work and the individual approach to client. It addresses the influence of organizational culture on the ethics of working with client, defines the components of organizational culture, specifies organizational culture in a home with a special regime and touches on issues in the helping professions. At the same time, it explores recent research on similar topics.The research section defines the main objective of the empirical study, which is to discover what changes in organizational culture could support the improvement of the ethics of working with client from helping professionals' perspective and whether there is an agreement about the issue between superiors and subordinates. It justifies and specifies the chosen qualitative research strategy and the semi-structured interview method. It describes the purposive sampling of informants, characterizes them, and considers the ethical aspects and the risks of the research. It introduces the organization and the progress of the research, including the pre-testing. Consequently, it focuses on the analysis and the interpretation of the results of the empirical inquiry, as well as on introducing the changes in the organizational culture suggested by the informants and the comparison among the opinions of employees of various positions in the hierarchy of the organization.
