Abstract:
Lidské embryonální kmenové buňky si udržují pluripotenci a schopnost sebeobnovy in vitro. Studium mechanismů, jakými jsou tyto ojedinělé vlastnosti udržovány, ukázalo, že pluripotence i sebeobnova jsou úzce spjaty s průchodem buněk buněčným cyklem. Abstract:
Human embryonic stem cells retain pluripotency and ability to self-renew in vitro. The study of mechanisms which help maintain these unique properties indicated that pluripotency and self-renewal is tightly connected to cell cycle regulation.
