Diplomová práce se zabývá dohodami o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr se zaměřením na jejich zneužívání. Cílem je potvrdit nebo vyvrátit hypotézu, že zneužívání dohod o provedení práce je z hlediska vágní právní úpravy často takřka neprokazatelné. Abstract:
Master's thesis focuses on agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship and their abusing. It focuses on proving/disproving a hypothesis, that abusing of the agreements on work performance is nearly unprovable due to deficient legislation.
