This thesis deals with the analysis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), using substrate assisted laser desorption (SALD) and diode laser thermal vaporization (DLTV) techniques combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Obsahem této bakalářské práce je analýza nanočástic zlata (AuNP) technikami laserové desorpce za účasti substrátu (SALD) a tepelným odpařením pomocí diodového laseru (DLTV) ve spojení s hmotnostní spektrometrií s indukčně vázaným plazmatem.
