Natural Law Thinking and its Outfall in Contemporary Legal Philosophy
Abstract:
První část disertační práce se pokouší vymezit podstatu přirozenoprávního myšlení a jeho základní prvky. Druhá část se věnuje historickému rozčlenění hlavních myšlenkových zdrojů přirozenoprávního myšlení, přičemž kritériem rozdělení je původce norem přirozeného práva. Abstract:
First part of the work tries to define the notion of natural law and its content. Second part is a brief summary of relevant natural law theories from antient Greece till the enlightenment. Special attention is dedicated to the theory of John Finnis. Third and last part describes some implications of natural law for todays legal thinking.
