Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem využitelnosti technické analýzy na akciových trzích. V první části práce jsou za pomoci odborné literatury zpracovány poznatky z oblastí, jako jsou burza a její struktura, akciové indexy, technická analýza a kapitálové trhy. Jsou zde popsány metody fungování použitých technických indikátorů. Tyto metody jsou používané v praktické části práce k podrobné matematicko-ekonomické analýze na akciových indexech DAX, S&P 500 a Nikkei225 za období 4 let. V práci jsou základem statistické výpočty pro posouzení vhodnosti investice, kdy žádoucím faktorem je dostatečně dlouhá historie vstupních dat a z toho vyplývající přijatelně velký vzorek obchodních situací. Z výsledků je patrné, že aplikace technické analýzy na akciových trzích může přinést mnohonásobné zisky, ale i ztráty oproti běžně dostupným investicím. Nelze opomenout, že obchodování na finančních trzích je velmi rizikové a vyžaduje profesionální přístup. Aplikace technické analýzy má své výhody, ale i nevýhody. Na zvážení každého subjektu je, zda se bude věnovat velmi volatilnímu a rizikovému obchodování na akciových trzích, či se bude zabývat konvenčními způsoby investování svých disponibilních peněžních prostředků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis follows up the parsing of usability of technical analysis at stock markets. The first part of the thesis is processing common knowledge of themes like stock exchange and its structure, stock indexes, technical analysis and capital markets using specialised literature. Also, the methods of functioning of used technical indicators are described here. These methods are used in the practical part of this thesis for detailed mathematical-economic analysis of stock indexes DAX, S&P 500 and Nikkei225 for 4 years period. The basis of the thesis are statistical calculations for investment suitability assessment, while the long-term history of input data and appropriately wide sample of transactions are the desirable factors. The apparent outcomes of the application of technical analysis at stock markets can bring both multi-fold profits and losses opposing to other commonly available investments. The fact, that trading at financial markets is very precarious and requires professional approach can't be left out. The application of technical analysis has both its advantages and disadvantages. Every subject has to consider, if it wants to focus on very volatile and precarious trading at stock markets or to go for conventional ways of investing its available financial resources.
