Diplomová práce zabývá rozdíly v očekáváních od ideálního vedoucího pracovníka mezi českými zaměstnanci a zahraničními vedoucími pracovníky a vlivem těchto rozdílů na konflikty na pracovišti. The Master’s thesis is focused on the differences in expectations from an ideal manager on side of the Czech workers and foreign managers. It also deals with the influence of these differences on the development of conflicts at a work place. The thesis introduces the concepts of culture and national culture.
