Costs management with emphasis on their calculation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení nákladů se zaměřením na jejich kalkulaci ve vybraném podniku. Řízení a kalkulace nákladů jsou důležité faktory pro zajištění správného chodu podniku a dosahování zisku. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na význam pojmu náklad, na jeho klasifikaci a na metody kalkulování nákladů. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku vybraného podniku, analýzu struktury jejich nákladů a analýzu jejich systému kalkulace. Součástí práce je návrh na vytvoření nového postupu při kalkulaci nákladů.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with the costs of focusing on their calculation in a selected company. Management and cost calculations are important factors in ensuring the correct operation of the business and make a profit. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of the concept of load on the classification and the method of calculating the costs. The practical part contains the characteristics of the selected company, an analysis of its cost structure and analysis of the calculation. Part of this work is the proposal to create a new procedure for the calculation of costs.
