The application of task centred approach in practice of social work with clients of shelter houses

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá uplatněním úkolově orientovaného přístupu při práci s uživateli azylových domů. Cílem práce je pokusit se vymezit podmínky, které podporují možnost uplatnění úkolově orientovaného přístupu při práci s uživateli azylových domů. V práci je proto charakterizován úkolově orientovaný přístup, jeho základní principy a prvky. Rovněž jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze tohoto přístupu. Dále jsou zde vymezeny azylové domy jako sociální služba. Poté jsou vymezeny konkrétní podmínky v rámci české sociální práce, které umožňují uplatňovat úkolově orientovaný přístup v praxi. Součástí této práce je také výzkum, který je zaměřen na to, zda sociální pracovníci azylových domů považují uplatňování prvků úkolově orientovaného přístupu za důležitou součást spolupráce s uživateli azylových domů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the application of task-centred approach in social work with users of shelters. Aim of the thesis is to try to define the conditions that support the application of task-centred approach in social work with users of shelters. In this thesis are defined basic principles and elements of task-centred approach. It also describes the various phases of this approach. There are also shelters define as a social service. Having defined the specific conditions in the Czech social work, which permits the application of task-centerd approach in practice. Part of this thesis is the research which is focused on whether social workers who work in shelters consider applying elements of task-centerd approach as an important part of the cooperation with users of shelters.
