Bakalářská práce pojednává o jednom ze specifických typů cestovního ruchu, o gastronomickém cestovním ruchu. Bachelor's thesis analyzes one of the specific types of tourism - "Gastronomic Tourism". The introduction of the thesis sets theoretical base for the following detailed analysis of gastronomic tourism. The gastronomic tourism is further differentiated into the dining tourism and the tourism of beverage degustation due to the organizational purposes.
