This thesis discusses the importance of ESG for companies and the use of non-financial reporting to inform about their sustainability performance using GRI. The text focuses on the analysis of sustainability reports of three banking companies - Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka and MONETA Money bank - that use GRI for reporting.
