Infekce spojené se zdravotní péčí jsou závažným problémem. Jsou zodpověd-né za prodlouženou dobu hospitalizace, horší výsledky léčby a zvýšené fi-nanční náklady. S problémem těchto infekcí je úzce spojena problematika stále narůstající rezistence bakterií k antibiotikům. Abstract:
Healthcare-associated infections are a serious problem. They are associated with prolonged stay in hospital, worse results of treatment and economic burden. A problem of increasing antibiotics resistance is closely related with these infections.
