Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus as a de facto state

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je definovat Severokyperskou tureckou republiku jako stát de facto. Budu se zabývat tématy, které jsou spojeny s existencí de facto států. Práce je orientována zejména na Severní Kypr a jeho vztahy s ostatními státy a na Kyperský problém. Teoretická část se skládá z témat jako je státní suverenita, mezinárodní uznání de facto a de iure. Praktická část pojednává o historii Kypru, politické struktuře Severního Kypru, o vztazích v regionu a o vztazích mezi účastníky, kteří jsou zahrnuti v kyperském problému.

Abstract:

The bachelor aims to define the Turkish republic of Northern Cyprus as a de facto state. I will pursue topics that are connected with the existence the de facto state. It is oriented especially on North Cyprus and its relations with other states and the Cyprus problem. The theoretical part is consist of themes such as a state sovereignty, international de facto and de iure recognition. The practical part deals with the history of Cyprus, political structure of Northern Cyprus, relations in the region and relations between participants, that are involved in the Cyprus problem.
