Structural design of a welding jig for assembly and welding of the tram underframe

Abstract:

Diplomová práce obsahuje konstrukční návrh přípravku pro sestavení a dovařování spodku tramvaje. Samotné konstrukci předchází nastudování problematiky svařovacích přípravků. Dále je provedena analýza současného stavu, ve které jsou specifikována problémová místa a požadavky kladené na přípravek. Následně je vysvětlena samotná konstrukce přípravku, kde je popsán základ pro vystavění a rozmístění podpěrných konstrukcí. Na podpěrné konstrukce jsou navrženy jednotlivé podpěry a upínky pro upnutí technického dílu. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou popisována problematická místa a jejich navržená konstrukční řešení. Dalším krokem je výpočtová analýza celé konstrukce. Výsledky jsou porovnány s mezními hodnotami uvedenými tolerancemi svařence. Dále jsou znázorněna místa s největší koncentrací napětí při zatížení konstrukce. Závěrem je shrnuta celá práce od rešerše po výpočtovou analýzu, kde jsou uvedeny hodnoty celkové deformace přípravku a výsledku, že daná konstrukce vyhovuje.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis contains the design of a jig for the assembly and welding of the tram bottom. The design itself is preceded by a study of welding jigs. It is also carried out an analysis of the current state of the art, specifying the problem areas and requirements to the fixture. The construction of the fixture itself is then explained, describing the basis for the erection and the positioning of the support structures. Individual supports and clamps for clamping the technical part are designed on the support structures. The individual chapters describe the problem areas and their proposed struc-tural solutions. The next step is a computational analysis of the whole structure. The results are com-pared with the limits given by the welding tolerances. The locations are also illustrated with the high-est stress concentrations when the structure is loaded. Finally, the whole work is summarized from the re-search to the computational analysis, giving the values of the total deformation of the fixture and the result that the structure is compliant.
