Jadrové zbrane ako nástroj zahraničnej politiky Severnej Kórey

Abstract:

V deväťdesiatych rokoch dvadsiateho storočia sa lídri Severnej Kórey rozhodli pre vojenský jadrový program práve za účelom vyhnutia sa kolapsu, ktorý v tom čase postihoval mnohé totalitné režimy. Pre špecifickú zemepisnú pozíciu sa kórejský konflikt stal dôležitou súčasťou zahraničnej politiky mnohých veľmocí ako Spojené štáty americké, Čínska ľudová republika, Japonsko a Ruská federácia. Tento jadrový program je mnohokrát všeobecne vnímaný ako výhražný nástroj na upevnenie moci režimu a zabezpečenia potravinovej a energetickej rozvojovej pomoci. Táto práca aplikuje severokórejskú výhražnú politiku na rôzne pohľady rozličných autorov, ktorí sa zaoberajú teóriou zastrašovania v medzinárodných vzťahoch.

Abstract:

In 1990's, the North Korean leaders opened the military nuclear program in order to avoid the collapsing trend which affected many totalitarian regimes at that time. Thanks to the specific geographical position, Inter-Korean dispute became a very important issue of foreign policy of many great powers such as United States of America, People's Republic of China, Japan, or Russian Federation. This nuclear program is generally considered as a tool of threatening in order to maintain the regime and secure the food and energy assistance. In this thesis, the North Korean threatening policy is applied to various concepts dealing with the deterrence theory introduced by many authors.
