Abstract:

Vývoj vztahů a spolupráce mezi Ruskem a EU v období které je vymezeno vládou ruského prezidenta Vladimíra Putina hlavně z politického aspektu, je hlavním tématem této práce. Krátce je zmíněno období, které mu předcházelo a na jehož základě se pokračovalo v budování vztahů. Práce se v chronologické linii věnuje jejímu rozvoji a prohlubovaní kromě převážně politické roviny také i v důležitých oblastech, které přímo souvisí a mají význam, jako co jsou bezpečnostní otázka, hospodářská spolupráce , energetika a jiné. Sleduje se permanentní aktivní dialog mezi oběma stranami, respektive konkrétní výsledky, které přináší ve zmíněných a dalších oblastech. Zachycen je i institucionální rámec, kterého obě strany dosahují, a také důležité zlomové okamžiky. Cílem práce je prokázat, že v tomto období dochází k pokroku ve vztazích a spolupráci mezi Ruskem a EU.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the development of relations and cooperation between Russia and the EU in the period of the government of the Russian president Vladimir Putin mainly from the political aspect. The preceding period is briefly mentioned on the basis on which the creation of relations was carried on. In a chronological line the thesis deals with its development and intensifying mainly on the political level but also in important connected areas - such as security, economic cooperation, energetics and others. It traces the permanent active dialogue between both parties; it brings particular results in the above mentioned and other areas. Also the institutional framework achieved by both parties and important turning points are covered. The aim of the thesis is to prove that there was some progress in the relations and cooperation between Russia and EU in this period.
