Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou systému zásobovacej logistiky konkrétnej spoločnosti, so zameraním na problematiku riadenia zásob. Prvá časť vysvetľuje teoretické poznatky a termíny z oblasti zásobovacej logistiky a objasňuje použité metódy.
