Abstract:

Tématem mé diplomové práce je vliv věku a hmotnosti na forenzní hodnocení skoku z výšky. Odpíchneme se nejprve od souvislostí mezi kriminalistikou a forenzními vědami obecně. Abych se mohla dále plně soustředit na konkrétní vlivy jednotlivých faktorů na samotné biomechanické hodnocení, bylo třeba nejprve se zaměřit na samotnou biomechaniku. V první části je tedy popis a vysvětlení samotného pojmu biomechanika a jaké je její současné členění, dále popis a vysvětlení pojmu forenzní biomechanika. Další část je zaměřena konkrétněji na biomechaniku pádu, a tedy i skoku z výšky. Zde je rozebraná biomechanická klasifikace pádů, pádové techniky, ohledání místa činu v případech skoků a pádů z výšky, mechanismy vzniku zranění a způsobená zranění u skoků a pádů z výšky, dále samotné biomechanické posuzování pádů a skoků lidského těla z výšky. V neposlední řadě pak fyzikální základy pádu z výšky a pády z výšky s přídatnou vnější silou. Další kapitola se věnuje skoku s rozběhem a skoku z místa. Zde je text zaměřený na výpočet trajektorie pádu, teoretický předpoklad pro výpočet způsobu skoku a následně trajektorie pádu v závislosti na počáteční rychlosti a úhlu odrazu. Poslední kapitola se pak věnuje experimentálnímu měření, které je zaměřené na určité a předem stanovené typy skoků a pádů (pád krokem vpřed, pád krokem do strany, pád krokem vzad, pád přepadnutím ze sedu, skok s odrazem snožmo, skok po hlavě, strčení druhou osobou). Zde je vyhodnocováno, zda a jaký vliv na trajektorii pádu a dopadovou vzdálenost mají stanovené faktory vliv, tedy věk a hmotnost člověka.

Abstract:

The topic of my master thesis is the effect of age and weight on the forensic evaluation of jump from height. Let's start with the connection between criminalistics and forensic sciences in general. In order to focus fully on the specific effects of individual factors on biomechanical assessment, it was necessary to first focus on biomechanics itself. Thus, the first section is a description and explanation of the term biomechanics itself and what its current subdivision is, followed by a description and explanation of the term forensic biomechanics. The next part focuses more specifically on the biomechanics of falling and therefore of jumping from a height. Here the biomechanical classification of falls, fall techniques, crime scene assessment in cases of jumps and falls from height, mechanisms of injury and injuries caused in jumps and falls from height, as well as the actual biomechanical assessment of falls and jumps of the human body from height are discussed. Last but not least, the physical basis of falls from height and falls from height with added external force. The next chapter deals with the running jump and the standing jump. Here the text focuses on the calculation of the fall trajectory, the theoretical assumption for the calculation of the jump method and then the fall trajectory as a function of the initial velocity and the angle of repulsion. The last chapter is then devoted to experimental measurements, which focus on certain and predetermined types of jumps and falls (forward step fall, side step fall, backward step fall, fall by falling over from a seated position, jump with foot bounce, head jump, push by another person). Here, it is evaluated whether and what influence the specified factors, i.e. age and weight of the person, have on the fall trajectory and impact distance.
