Abstract:
Byl připraven alfa-methoxypolyethylenglykol-omega-amin ve třech stupních. Z alfy-methoxypolyethylenglykol-omega-aminu a starpolyethylenglykol-omega-aminu byly dále připravovány příslušné N-(polyethylenglykol-omega-yl)-11-aminoundekanamidy. U N-(alfa-methoxypolyethylen-glykol-omega-yl)-11-aminoudekanamidu byla studována jeho reaktivita s fenylalanin N-karboxanhydridem. Všechny připravené sloučeniny …more
Abstract:
Alfa-Methoxypolyethylene glycol-omega-amine has been prepared in three steps. The corresponding N-(polyethylene glycol-omega-yl)-11-aminoundecanamides have been prepared from alfa-methoxypolyethylene glycol-omega-amine and starpolyethylene glycol-omega-amine. The reactivity of N-(alfa-methoxypolyethylene glycol-omega-yl)-11-aminoudecanamide with phenylalanine N-carboxanhydride has been studied. All …more
