Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o psychiatrické péči se zaměřením na komunitní péči. Práce je zaměřena na motivaci sester k vykonávání tohoto povolání v komunitní psychiatrické péči s přihlédnutím k osobním cílům, ideálům a ambicím.
