Diplomová práce s názvem Metodika nácviku chvatové skupiny zvraty v řecko-římském zápase, je projekt, jehož výsledkem je multimediální DVD. Z digitalizovaný materiál má sloužit k výuce chvatové skupiny s názvem zvraty. Menu DVD je rozděleno do čtyř kapitol, kde si divák může vybrat to, co by chtěl procvičovat. The Thesis is called Practice methodology of Souples in Greek-Roman wrestling hold group. As result of this project is multimedia DVD which is used as a tool for improve wrestling gribs. The menu is divided to four options, where a spectator can choose it, what he needs.
