Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou možností snížení recidivy pomocí výchovně vzdělávacího procesu. Je popsána recidiva ve vztahu k této problematice a programy zacházení s odsouzenými v českém vězeňství. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the possibility of reducing recidivism through the educational process. Recidivism in relation to this issue and programs for the treatment of convicts in Czech prisons are described.
