Diplomová práca sa zaoberá vplyvom fibrátov (fenofibrátu a WY-14643) na zmenu expresie enzýmov CYP2C8, CYP2C9, CYP2J2 a solubilnej epoxidhydrolázy pomocou In-Cell ELISy v črevných bunkách. Ako model boli využité bunkové línie HT-29 a Caco2 a to ako bunky nediferencované, tak diferencované in vitro. The diploma thesis deals with the influence of fibrates (fenofibrate and WY-14643) on the change of expression of enzymes CYP2C8, CYP2C9, CYP2J2 and soluble epoxide hydrolase by In-Cell ELISA in intestinal cells.
