Abstract:

Tématem této práce je Radiační ochrana při vyšetření na operačních sálech. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické práci nejdříve rozebíráme historii radiační ochrany, Atomový zákon a vyhlášky spojené s radiační ochranou a poté vysvětlujeme, kde a jak vzniká ionizující záření. Dále v práci rozebíráme základy radiační ochrany a také radiační ochranu pacientů či pracovníků. Pozornost věnujeme rovněž osobním ochranným pomůckám a provozu na operačních sálech. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvantitativní výzkum, který se zabývá dodržováním radiační ochrany na operačních sálech samotnými pracovníky, kteří přijdou do kontaktu s ionizujícím zářením.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is Protection against radiation during medical examination in the operating rooms. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, we first analyze the history of radiation protection, the Atomic Act and the decrees associated with radiation protection, and then it is explained where and how ionizing radiation originates. Furthermore, the basics of radiation protection and radiation protection of patients and workers are discussed. Attention is also paid to personal protective equipment and activities in operating theaters. The practical part focuses on quantitative research, which deals with observance of radiation protection in operating theaters by workers who encounter ionizing radiation.
