Enterprise's organizational structure, risks associated with it and their management

Abstract:

V diplomové práci s názvem Organizační struktury podniku, s ní spojená rizika a jejich řízení představuji problematiku organizačních struktur a rizik na konkrétním případě dvou organizačních struktur společnosti Shell Czech Republic, a.s. v rámci retailu vybraných čerpacích stanic. Tato práce spojuje dvě velmi důležité oblasti, jako je organizování a oblast řízení rizik, což je v dnešní době nezbytné k zvládnutí a úspěšnému vedení jakékoliv společnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit danou organizační strukturu, zhodnotit pravděpodobnost výskytu rizik, nastolením ideálního řešení či navrhnout případné změny. V této práci je využito komparativní metody aplikované na dvě organizační struktury.

Abstract:

In this thesis, called organizational structure, the associated risks and management issues present organizational structures and risk in a particular case of two organizational structures, Shell Czech Republic as in selected retail service stations. This work combines two very important areas such as organization and risk management, which today is required to manage and successful management of any company. The thesis aims to evaluate the organizational structure, assess the likelihood of risk, by establishing a perfect solution or propose any amendments. In this work we used comparative methods applied to two organizational structures.
