Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisnou metodou charakterizuje pochybení účetní jednotky, která vznikla při vedení účetnictví. Zatímco v teoretické části jsou podle zákona o účetnictví popsány povinnosti, zásady a odpovědnost za vedení účetnictví a dle správního řádu popsán procesní postup správního řízení, v aplikační části je vylíčeno šest konkrétních pochybení, kterých se účetní jednotka dopustila. The bachelor´s thesis describes and characterizes the mistakes in bookkeeping that an accounting company made. In the theoretical part, the duties, principles and responsibilities for bookkeeping are mentioned, and also there are the administrative proceedings, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code, described.
