Práce „Developerské projekty a finanční krize“ je koncipována v teoretické části na popis aktuálního stavu na Developerském trhu a popisu vzniku a příčinám globální celosvětové finanční a hospodářské krize. The Thesis „Devepment and financial crisis“ describe in Theoretical part actual statement on real estate market, desrcribe genesis and development of global financial cisis. Because financial crisis start ended and we can see slow increasing of investment market at this time, we are not able find relevant bibliography, which describe whole life cycle of global crisis.
