Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou minimální mzdy. Jsou zde vymezeny základní pojmy spojené s minimální mzdou, jako je pojem mzdy obecně nebo pojem zaručené mzdy. Menší část práce je věnována i srážkám ze mzdy, které neodmyslitelně k tématu mezd patří. Hlavním cílem však je porovnat výše minimálních mezd napříč státy EU. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of minimum wage. We can find here the determination of basic terms associated with minimum wages, such as wages in general or the concept of guaranteed wages.
