Tato bakalářská práce je psána formou literární rešerše se zaměřením na stanovení aminokyselin s rozvětveným řetězcem. Nejprve je popsána struktura, vlastnosti a dělení aminokyselin. Poté jsou diskutovány fyziologické účinky rozvětvených aminokyselin nejen ve sportu a je popsán jejich metabolismus. This bachelor thesis is written as a literature research with focusing on the determination of branched-chain amino acids. First, the structure, properties and division of amino acids are described.
