Anotace Tématem práce je dítě s poruchou chování v dětském domově. V teoretické části je rozpracováno dítě v riziku chování a následná opatření související s poruchou chování. Dále se práce věnuje právu dítěte, rozdílům mezi ústavní a rodinnou výchovou a posláním dětských domovů rodinného typu.
