Předmětem bakalářské diplomové práce jsou motivace a bariéry u seniora při vstupu do počítačového kurzu. V teoretické části se zabývám popsáním pojmu senior a vnímání seniorů společností. Dále popisuji možnosti vzdělání seniora, na které navazuje vysvětlení pojmů ICT a digitální propast. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na motivace a bariéry ve vzdělávání a v ICT. The subject of bachelor thesis is motivation and barriers of retired person at the beginning of computer curse. The theoretical part is dedicated to description of terms senior and social perception of retired people. Then I describe possibilities of senior’s education and explane term ICT and digital gap.
