Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřená na posouzení přínosů motivačního programu ve společnosti STTEN, s.r.o. Cílem práce byla analýza současného stavu motivace v podniku, stanovení konkrétního ekonomického přínosu motivačního programu ze strany zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele, a navržení opatření ke zlepšení nynější motivace. The presented bachelor´s dissertation is focused on appraisal of the benefits of the motivational program in the company STTEN, s.r.o.
