This bachelor thesis deals with the monitoring of the development of individual leukocytes subpopulations in patients after allogeneic transplantation of hematopoietic cells. The work is composed of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with description of development and fuction of leukocytes focusing on lymfocyte subsets.
