Prevention of triangular fibrocartilage complex syndrome in floorball players
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí poranění triangulárního fibrokartilaginózního komplexu (TFCC) u hráčů florbalu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout sérii protahovacích, posilovacích, stabilizačních cviků na oblast zápěstí a aplikovat je do tréninkové jednotky u hráčů florbalu. Dílčím cílem je edukovat hráče o režimových možnostech prevence poranění.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes the prevention of triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) injuries in floorball players. The purpose of this thesis is to design a series of stretching, strengthening, stabilization exercises for the wrist area and apply them to a training unit in floorball players. A secondary goal is to educate players about injury prevention routines.
