Utilization of public spaces in Olomouc functional urban region
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřená na šetření využití veřejných prostranství ve funkčním městském regionu Olomouce. Jako zájmové území je určeno 23 obcí městského regionu a 27 veřejných ploch ve městě Olomouc. Na základě vlastní metodiky je posléze navrženo 7 kategorií těchto ploch podle převažujícího funkčního využití.
Abstract:
This dissertation thesis is focused on the investigation of using public spaces in the functional urban region of Olomouc. As the area of interest, 23 villages is determined in the functional urban region and also 27 public spaces in Olomouc. On the basis of own methodology, seven categories of public areas is proposed, according to the prevailing functional use.
